EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps the brain process distressing memories, traumatic experiences, and emotional patterns that may continue to affect you in the present. EMDR can help reduce symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and other concerns, often without requiring you to repeatedly talk through every detail of a painful experience. Virtual EMDR therapy is available throughout North Carolina in 55-minute weekly sessions or 4-hour EMDR Intensive Therapy sessions.

Bring the stories you love into the therapy room. Using books, characters, relationships, poetry, song lyrics, and more, we’ll explore your own experiences through the stories that resonate with you. With a particular love and expertise in fantasy and romantasy, we'll explore the themes, tropes, relationships, and characters that make these stories meaningful and what they might reveal about you. Available virtually throughout North Carolina in 55-minute individual therapy sessions.

Available virtually throughout North Carolina.
